Ask. Kmart had a new upbeat brand, and wanted new ways to connect with their audience.

Methodology. Create a system and voice/tone of content that lends itself to helpful reads for millennials to moms (a main demographic), share our fun brand personality and hit on our most revenue-driving business units (baby, pet and seasonal).

Results. Developed a concept for a blog platform that wows Kmart’s audience targets, pushes revenue drivers (cat food is a #1 seller), boosts SEO and builds relationships through relevance.
